The vegan hair care has been specially developed for thin hair and ensures less frizz and more suppleness. Enriched with Ecocert certified bamboo leaf water, the masks & care product pampers the hair more intense than any conditioner , but does not seem burdensome. In addition, the hair care mask consists of 96% natural ingredients and provides perfectly hydrated, well-groomed and healthy-looking hair without artificial dyes and silicones. But not only fine hair benefits from the nourishing effect of the hair mask. The dermatologically tested formula is also ideal for the care of colored hair . With its increased moisture content, the hair care makes the hair color shine. The Light & Soft Mask also scores points with its environmentally friendly packaging, which consists of 50% recycled material and is 100% recyclable. The application of the WeDo/ Professional Light & Soft Mask is quite simple: After cleaning, dry your hair with a towel. Then distribute a small amount of the pampering hair mask in the lengths and tips. After an exposure time of only five minutes, rinse the product with clear, lukewarm water from the hair. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
