With a mixture of natural oils, your hair gets an immediate intensive care: the Hair structure is smoothed, frizz reduced , and your hair will become shiny and supple. In addition, you can apply the Natural Oil to your skin for a special moment of pampering and soothing care. The elixir from the WeDo/ Professional Masks & Care line is dermatologically tested and free of silicones, sulfates, parabens and artificial dyes. This minimalist formula was created in collaboration with hairdressers and scientists in hair care laboratories - you get professional results only with the most necessary ingredients. The Natural Oil Elixir is certified by Cruelty Free International and the Vegan Society. The hair care with macadamia and sunflower oil contains ingredients that are 99.4% of natural origin. The packaging is also sustainable: the recyclable glass bottle is delivered in an FSC-certified recycled cardboard box For the application of WeDo/ Professional hair care, apply the Natural Oil Elixir to the washed and still damp lengths and tips of your hair. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
