Description

The WeDo/ Professional Moisture & Shine Mask from the Masks & Care collection intensifies the effect of the shampoo and conditioner of the series and gives intensive care for normal to damaged hair . The hair care consists of 94% natural ingredients and provides with Murumuru butter and rooibos extracts for intense moisture, suppleness and shine . While Murmuru butter, which is particularly rich in vitamins A and C, provides supple softness, antioxidant rooibos gives hydration and shine. In addition, the ingredients reduce frizz and help maintain the luminosity of colored hair. The hair care also scores with a sustainable packaging and is free of silicones and sulfates. How is the WeDo/ Professional Moisture & Shine Mask used? The hair care should be applied to clean, towel-dried hair after shampooing with the Moisture & Shine Shampoo. Application to the scalp should be avoided. After the application, leave the hair mask 3 to 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with clear, lukewarm water. If the mask is used together with the shampoo, the results can be intensified. In addition, it is recommended to use the masks & care product alternately with the conditioner of the series. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
