Enriched with the Peptide Concentrée complex, which contains soothing glycerin and phytokeratin with Peptide acids, the hair care gently frees the hair from dirt and product residues and also intensifies the red hair color. The intensity and liveliness of the color is preserved even after repeated washing. So you can long-term use of luminous, supple, soft hair delight. How to apply the Medavita Color Enricher Shampoo Mauve Before using the Color Enricher Shampoo, you should protect your hands from discoloration with suitable gloves. Then dilute the Luxviva Shampoo Mauve with water, apply it evenly to the hair and massage it gently. After an exposure time of about five to ten minutes, rinse the product with clean water. If you would like to take care of your hair additionally with the color care mask from the Luxviva collection, you should first free the hair from excess water and apply the mask to the towel-dried hair.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
