Description

The Medavita Luxviva Protective Pre Color Hair Treatment protects and soothes the scalp when the hair is colored. The hair care manufacturer Medavita has developed this treatment for scalp that is sensitive to hair dyes. It contains selected active ingredients such as phytokeratin, bisabolol and panthenol . While phytokeratin is particularly rich in amino acids, bisabolol and panthenol soothe the skin. Also included are milk proteins and safflower oil. Milk proteins nourish the hair fibers and protect the hair. The rich safflower oil has a moisturizing effect. Protective milk for the sensitive scalp The Protective Pre Color Hair Treatment from the Luxviva product range by Medavita used together with the brightening or coloring mixture . For this purpose, ten to 15 milliliters of the treatment are added to the respective mixture before application. The use of the treatment is particularly recommended for sensitive or brittle hair as well as for sensitive scalp. After application, the scalp is optimally moisturized and soft to the touch. The hair becomes noticeably stronger. Since the Protective Pre Color Hair Treatment does not contain any color pigments, the selected shade is retained.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
