With the sustainable toothbrush for children, your kids become twice as active: they protect the teeth and help our environment by avoiding plastic. The brush is vegan, the bristles from renewable raw materials are BPA-free and the handle made of bamboo is degradable. The extra soft bristles of the sustainable children's toothbrush are ideal for sensitive gums, even when the little ones brush a bit harder, and has excellent cleaning properties. Due to the size of the brush head, the sustainable toothbrushes are suitable for children from 3 years. The handle is made of especially fast-growing moso bamboo and is biodegradable. During its two–year growth phase, Moso bamboo reaches a height of up to 20 meters. Artificial irrigation is not used in our bamboo cultivation, nor pesticides or other chemicals. The bio-based bristles are extracted from castor oil. The oil extracted from the plant is processed into organic nylon and is free of BPA and petroleum. Consistently ecological are also the solvent-free paints of the natural paint manufacturer AURO, which are used for dyeing the handles. For the sake of the environment plastic-free packed in a beautiful recycled cardboard box.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
