The Total Protect care lotion from Chi's Infra Repair hair care range protects the hair from environmental influences and moisturizes it . Infra Repair is the first hair care series that combines the ceramic technology developed by Chi with the Ionic-Cationic-Hydration care system. The products of the care series work directly in the hair structure. They provide intensive moisture and noticeably strengthen the hair. The result of the application is shiny, healthy-looking hair , which is easy to style. Protects the hair from heat and UV rays Total Protect acts as a protective film for the hair. The lotion protects the hair from the heat of styling tools and from sunlight. As a result, the product prevents the hair color from fading. Valuable ingredients such as vitamin E and the Ionic Cationic care system nourish and strengthen the hair. The product is applied after shampooing. To do this, distribute a small amount of the lotion in towel-dried hair and comb the hair well. The leave-in lotion does not need to be rinsed out and does not weigh down the hair. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
