BaByliss Pro Titanium Red Straightener is a professional straightener that is equipped with scratch-resistant titanium plates. Titanium conducts heat evenly and, in combination with ceramic heating technology, ensures that optimal results are achieved even at low temperature levels. You can operate the hair straightener, which heats up very quickly, at temperatures between 150 °C and 230 °C and thus adapt the heat optimally to your hair condition - for fine and damaged hair, choose a lower temperature, thicker You can tame unruly hair with higher temperatures. The BaByliss Pro Titanium Red straightener works with ionic technology, which prevents the hair from becoming electrostatically charged. Your hair remains frizz-free, retains a beautiful shine and remains supple and soft. For comfortable handling, the hair straightener is equipped with a 2.70 meter long swivel cable and comes with a heat protection cap. Thanks to the advantageous size of the heating plates of 28 x 100 millimeters, you can also use the device to wave your hair.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
