Summary

Thalipid is a microemulsion that is formed by an aqueous and a lipid phase. The main components of the lipid phase are the natural components of the tear film (phospholipides and medium -chain triglycerides).
The microemulsion Thealipid protects the surface of the eye by regenerating the natural lipid layer, receiving the aqueous layer and forming a thin protective barrier, similar to the natural tear film. Thealipid is gentle on the eyes because it is free of preservatives.

Since there are no preservatives, the eye tissue is protected and the product is also well tolerated for users who are sensitive to preservatives.
Thealipid supports the restoration of the surface of the eye and protects it, reduces the evaporation of the tear film and ensures a long -lasting relief of the symptoms of dry eyes to treat the dry eye caused by increased evaporation (evaporatively dry eye).
1 or 2 drops in the morning and/or in the evening per eye as needed or as recommended by your doctor. Thealipid is to be applied at least 15 minutes before the contact lenses are used to ensure that the microemulsion is evenly distributed.
Wash your hands thoroughly before use.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
