Make cleaning your interdental spaces a daily routine with an interdental brush to maintain your dental health and protect your teeth from gingivitis and caries. Plastic Coated Wire All sizes and models of TEPE interdental brushes have a plastic-coated wire. The interdental brushes are gentle on teeth and gums and can be used without hesitation for implant cleaning and for the care of multi-band devices. Optimal accessibility Tepe interdental brushes Original and X-soft have a straight neck. The TePe Angle has an angled head that provides better accessibility to the molars and the interior. The 4 smallest sizes of the Original interdental brushes have a flexible brush neck for even better accessibility. User-friendly handle All interdental brushes have a flat, ergonomic handle for safe and controlled use. The TePe Angle has a longer handle, the interdental brushes Original and X-soft have a short handle that can be extended with a protective cap. The handle is made of recyclable polypropylene. Application tips: Choosing the right size is very important. Often different brushes are needed for cleaning the interdental spaces. Ask your dentist or dental assistant about the right size. Use the interdental brush once a day, preferably in the evening. In each interdental space, pass the brush back and forth several times. In doing so, look in the mirror to simplify the application. Change the interdental brush when the bristles are worn out. You should not use toothpaste to clean the interdental spaces, as it contains abrasive substances. Rather, use the TePe Interdental gel with fluorides, which was specially developed for easy application with interdental brushes. Cleaning the front teeth: use a straight Interdental brush for the front teeth. Carefully pass the brush between your teeth. Please do not try to force the interdental brush into the interdental spaces, otherwise select a smaller size. Move the brush back and forth several times in the space between the teeth. Cleaning the molars: If you use one of the small interdental brushes (pink, orange, red or blue), you can slightly bend the brush neck by adding pressure with your finger to better reach the interdental spaces in the molars. If you use one of the larger interdental brushes, please bend the wire of the interdental brush carefully to better reach the molars.
