A good choice, so that sitting and lying do not become a torment! ilon Protect ointment is a medical skin care, developed by the skin specialist Cesra Arzneimittel. ilon Protect ointment is a special ointment for the efficient protection of stressed skin zones and against complaints caused by pressure, chafing and moisture. The natural ingredients contained nourish the skin, support the skin's blood circulation, contribute to the inhibition of inflammation and can thus increase the resistance of the skin. Irritation, redness and skin irritation can be prevented in this way. The development of the innovative ilon Protect ointment is based on our more than 80 years of experience with natural plant ingredients and their use in skin care. ilon Protect ointment protects against pressure problems because it forms a long-lasting protective film on the skin that does not absorb and thus reduces friction, for example between the skin and clothing. Here, the valuable natural substances in ilon Protect ointment can unfold their caring power and protective function. Moisture-related skin problems (e.g. due to urinary or fecal incontinence), as well as chafing, bedsores and sitting and pressure complaints can be prevented in this way. Why can prolonged sitting and lying down harm the skin? The cause of the complaints are mainly two determining factors: friction and pressure.
