The nourishing formulation of the Hybrid Conditioner is also enriched with the revolutionary BondFix complex, which Hair hydrates, strengthens and repairs . With regular use, even severely damaged hair fibers are restored, and the hair acquires smoothness and shine. At the same time, the hair is easier to comb and hair breakage is prevented. For the benefit of the scalp, hair and the environment, the Vivid Magenta Colorditioner contains neither sulfates and parabens, nor peroxide, ammonia and PPD. Application instructions for the Celeb Luxury Vivid Green Colorditioner The hybrid conditioner from the Viral-Colorditioner care series is used to maintain and intensify the hair color. In both cases, a generous amount of the product is applied to dry hair. To preserve the color, rinse the color conditioner out of the hair after two minutes. If you want to intensify the hair color, leave the Hybrid Conditioner on for 20 minutes, emulsify it with water after the exposure time and rinse it carefully out of the hair.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
