Taffy is a styling cream from the Lanza Healing Style product range that textures the hair and gives it medium hold. Lanza also uses the exclusive Keratin Healing System for this styling cream. This system also cares for the hair during styling and prevents styling damage. The finest molecules give the hair shine and hold in any weather. Taffy can be used for styling straight and curly hair. The styling product gives definition and texture to the hair and gives them shine and smoothness. The styling cream is suitable for every hair type. Protects the hair from heat You apply Taffy by applying a small amount of the styling cream on your palms and working it evenly into the dry or wet hair. Then style the hair as desired. After applying the styling cream from the Healing Style product line, the hair is noticeably smoother and easier to grip. It receives a flexible support and a natural, healthy-looking shine. Curls can be structured as desired. Straight hair gains softness. The integrated heat protection protects the hair from damage caused by the heat of a hair dryer or styling tools.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
