The Silk infusion from the care series Keratin by Chi repairs damaged hair and moisturizes it . The products of the Keratin care series are optimally tailored to the needs of dry, damaged hair with a tendency to frizz. Enriched with the Keratrix care complex, the products intensively nourish and protect the hair and give it a healthy and smooth appearance. The natural keratin content of the hair is restored and preserved, so that the hair significantly gains elasticity. Further hair breakage is prevented. Since the products also provide a lot of moisture, the hair is increasingly gaining shine and suppleness. Repairs and smoothes the hair The Silk Infusion of Chi contains a highly effective reconstructive care complex that regenerates and moisturizes dry, damaged hair. Natural keratin restores the cuticle layer of the hair. Silk has a smoothing and moisturizing effect. The silk infusion is applied after shampooing. To do this, rub a pea-sized amount of the product in the palms of your hands and evenly distribute it throughout the hair. The product does not need to be rinsed out.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
