The Enviro Smoothing Conditioner from the CHI brand of the US company Farouk Systems, based in Houston, forms the 2nd step of the Enviro Smoothing System care treatment and, as a kind of moisturizing treatment, offers frizzy, frizz-suffering and very uncontrollable hair smoothness and an extraordinary shine. It is ideally suited for physically smoothed and damaged hair as well as for hair that should naturally remain smoother and calmer. Active ingredients and action of the conditioner: The CHI Enviro Smoothing Conditioner is enriched with a high-quality pearl and Silk Complex (Pearl & Silk Complex), which provides the frizzy and unruly hair with a maximum of moisture and smoothes it wonderfully. The conditioner maintains the moisture balance in the hair, frees the hair from tangles, tangles, as well as shaggy, giving them an incredible appearance and an impressive shine. Due to the balanced pH value, it prolongs the results of the Smoothing Treatment associated with the care concept. This hair care is ideal for all hair types that need daily hydration and a conditioner. The product is free of parabens! Application: The CHI Enviro Smoothing Conditioner is used as a supplement after shampooing with the Smooting Shampoo and is applied to the previously cleaned only damp hair and incorporated evenly. For better distribution, it is recommended to comb through the hair. The exposure phase should last 3 to 5 minutes. After that, rinse everything very thoroughly. There should be no product residues left in the hair or on the scalp.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
