Description

100% handmade, natural and vegan, organic and fair The lipfein duo has two varieties in one can. Aromatic chocolate meet here fresh mint . Smells good and feels even better on the lips. Since the filling is done manually, as with all lipfein products, each duo has its own special appearance. The basic recipe is the same as for the lipfein classic. Here, too, the wax of the candelilla plant provides the necessary strength and the unrefined shea butter has great properties by nature: it is soothing, moisturizing and regulates the moisture content of the skin. In turn, the oils used are all cold-pressed and in Organic quality and are only slightly heated during production - which is why they still contain valuable vitamins that optimally and sustainably care for the lips. In addition, there are now high-quality cocoa extract for the intense aroma, cocoa for the chocolate look, essential mint oil for the feeling of freshness on the skin and spinach powder for the green hue. As with all lipfein products, the can is made of recycled tinplate.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
