With the balancing Apoem Calm Toner you can clarify and refresh your skin. The facial cleansing is for all skin types suitable and can also be used on very sensitive skin. The soothing formulation contains a number of valuable ingredients that care for your skin. Bergamot and basil provide the skin with nutrients and vitamins and have a refreshing and antioxidant effect. In addition, the cleansing is enriched with a strengthening mixture of ginkgo, rose and Indian water navel, which stimulate the skin metabolism and Reduce skin irritations such as redness . The result is a clear, fresh skin with an enchanting radiance. Proper application of facial cleansing After cleansing, the Apoem Calm Toner is applied to a cotton pad for toning and lightly dabbed on the entire skin of the face. You can combine the cleaning with other products from the Calm series from Apoem and get regular use a clear skin with significantly less skin irritation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
