Blephagel Duo 30 g+Pads PZN: 10134931 Blephagel® is a hypoallergenic, sterile and aqueous gel for gentle cleansing of the eyelids, eyelid margins and eyelashes. Secretions, encrustations and scales are easily removed. In addition to the practical 30 g tube, the sales pack also offers 100 lint-free pads for applying the gel. The specific composition of Blephagel®: promotes the adhesion of the gel to the eyelids emulsifies (Poloxamer 188), gently dissolves and removes impurities (mucus, incrustations, scales) from the eyelids and eyelashes maintains the natural moisture of the eyelids refreshes, soothes and relaxes the eyelids is non-greasy and leaves no residue Blephagel® does not contain preservatives, fragrances, parabens or alcohol and can also be recommended for contact lens wearers. After application, rinsing with water is not necessary. Application:Intended for external use on the eyelids and eyelashes, do not put in the eyes.Blephagel® is generally applied 2 times a day, morning and evening, or whenever the condition of the eyelids requires cleaning. For the first application, press lightly on the tube (on the Théa logo) for 3 seconds to feed the gel into the pump. Then turn the tube upside down and press the pump head 3 times to activate the pumping mechanism. By pressing the (pump) head, apply a small amount of Blephagel® to a compress (do not press on the tube). Using the compress, remove excess gel at the outlet opening of the pump head. Close one eye and carefully apply the gel in front of a mirror to the eyelid and eyelash extensions of the closed eye. Gently run the Blephagel®-soaked compress over the eyelids and eyelashes several times in a circular motion until all impurities have been removed. Blot Blephagel® residues carefully with a clean compress. Repeat these 4 cleaning steps on the other eye. Composition:Water, Poloxamer 188, PEG-90, carbomer, sodium hydroxide

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
