Ingredients: Cetyl stearyl alcohol, macrogol cetyl stearyl ether, medium chain triglycerides, stearyl heptanoate/octanoate, bis-diglyceryl caprylate/Caprate/isostearate/hydroxystearate/adipate, 2-Phenoxyethanol, macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate, shea Butter, rosemary oil, menthol (levomenthol), thymol, Mint oil, Eucalyptus oil, Sorbic acid, Arnica tincture, Polyacrylic acid, Sodium hydroxide, Lauryl glucoside/Polyglyceryl-2 Dipolyhydroxystearate/Glycerol, Propylheptyl Caprylate, Purified water. Dosage form and content: Retterspitz muscle roller is available in glass bottles of 50ml as a lotion for external use. What is Retterspitz muscle roller and what is it used for? Retterspitz muscle roller is a lotion for physical support (massage) in the physiotherapeutic treatment of sports and other injuries of the muscular, tendon and joint systems. What do you need to consider before using Retterspitz muscle roller? Note whether you are hypersensitive or allergic to any ingredient of Retterspitz muscle roller. Shake vigorously before use. What do you have to consider when using Retterspitz muscle roller? Retterspitz muscle roller should not be used in immediate succession after skin-irritating patches and it should not be used in the same place for skin and childhood diseases with exanthema (large-area skin redness). Take special care when using Retterspitz muscle roller: Retterspitz muscle roller should not be rubbed on injured skin areas. It must not be brought into the eyes, so wash hands after use. Avoid contact with mucous membranes. Do not apply to the chest area in children under 5 years of age. Infants and young children: Give this medical device to children under two years of age only after consulting with the doctor, since so far there is insufficient experience for a general recommendation for this age group. Elderly people: No restriction in the elderly. Pregnancy: There is no evidence that the normal course of pregnancy is disturbed by the use of Retterspitz muscle roller, or that harm to the unborn child could arise. How to use Retterspitz muscle roller? Dosage and method of administration: Always use Retterspitz muscle roller exactly as instructed in this leaflet. Unless otherwise prescribed, use the Retterspitz muscle roller three to six times a day on the affected area of the body. Move the roller in a circular motion with the ball head downwards and massage the resulting lotion into the skin with gentle pressure. After application, keep the body warm. The effectiveness of the massage is supported if it is performed after a wrap, after removal of the wrap cloths and dry drying of the skin. The wrapping treatment loosens the skin layers and then the absorption capacity of the skin for the lotion is particularly good. Do not put lotion in contact with eyes and apply only to the affected areas. Do not remove the ball head! To ensure optimal distribution of the lotion, the Rescuerspitz muscle roller should only be used at room temperature. What side effects are possible? Interactions and side effects are not known. It cannot be ruled out that in very rare cases skin irritation may occur. If side effects occur, please inform your doctor or pharmacist. How to store Retterspitz muscle roller? Keep the Retterspitz muscle scooter out of the reach of children. Do not use Retterspitz muscle rollers after the expiry date which is stated on the container. Notice of dawning: Keep the opening bottle carefully closed at no more than +25°C. The opening should be used up within 8 weeks. Storage conditions: Do not store above +25°C.
