    Mucoclear Protect® is a sterile inhalation solution in individual doses without preservatives.
    Mucoclear Protect® liquefies the mucus in the lungs and thus makes coughing off.
    The mucus is better removed (self -cleaning function of the lungs) and breathing is made easier. Furthermore, Mucoclear Protect® causes a stabilization of the mucous membranes and reduces inflammatory processes for respiratory diseases:
    • The ECTIN Hydro complex causes physical stabilization of the mucous membranes, cell membranes, extracellular proteins and other macromolecules and reduces the inflammatory processes in the lungs.
    • The ion bonds in the mucous membranes are broken up so that the mucus is liquefied.
    • Water from the underlying layers of the mucous membrane is transported to the surface of the mucous membranes. This moistened the mucous membranes and the swelling of the airway walls goes back.
    • The coughing is stimulated. This helps to free the bronchi of mucus (sputum) and thereby relieve the narrowing of the airways.
