    Take 2 sprays a day 30 minutes before going to bed. The positive effect on the feeling of jet lag occurs when at least 0.5 mg of melatonin is recorded on the first day of travel shortly before going to bed and on the first few days after arrival. To shorten the sleep time: 4 sprays go to bed in front of the bed.
    The recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.
