With the Sebastian Lightweight Conditioner from the Dark Oil care series you give your hair Smoothness, volume and improved combability. The conditioner with argan and jojoba oil is the perfect complement to the shampoo of the series and is suitable for all hair types . With its ingredients, the hair care provides more shine, fullness and volume in no time and leaves the wonderful Dark Oil scent. Despite its intensive care effect, which keeps the hair up to three times more supple it does not seem burdensome and provides a wonderfully light hair feeling. How to apply the Sebastian Lightweight Conditioner The conditioner is applied to clean, towel-dried hair after shampooing, ideally with the shampoo of the series, and is evenly distributed in the lengths and tips. After a short exposure time, rinse the product thoroughly with clear, lukewarm water from the hair. In order to achieve optimal results, a continuous application of the care rinse is necessary. The results are even more intense when you combine hair care with other Dark Oil products.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
