With ceramides against premature skin aging The Cera Repair Cream from Biotherm offers the skin protection against harmful environmental influences that can lead to premature skin aging. Because: UV radiation, pollutants in the air, but also an unhealthy diet and many other factors can have a negative effect on the skin's protective barrier, so that the skin's own lipids such as ceramides can escape – this can result in loss of moisture and make the skin more susceptible to the first wrinkles or irritations. The Cera Repair Cream is enriched with natural bio-ceramides and a probiotic Life plankton complex to strengthen the natural skin protection barrier, support the regeneration processes and counteract visible signs of the times - for a healthy-looking, smooth and top–protected skin. The formula, which is based on 94 percent natural ingredients, is 90 percent biodegradable and comes in a glass jar made of 25 percent recycled glass and a completely recycled plastic cap.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
