The Deuter Kinderkraxe Kid Comfort is safe and comfortable for an undisturbed nature experience of the little passenger up to 22kg together with the parents. The comfortable child carrier Kid Comfort is equipped with an Aircomfort Sensic Vario back system with a body-close mesh back, which is connected directly to the frame and enables perfect load transfer and control. The Deuter child carrier Kid Comfort can be perfectly adjusted to the child and the person carrying it. The lateral access to the seat is used by children with enthusiasm to slip into the stretcher themselves. The seat belt system is easy to understand, easy to reach and easy to use due to laterally arranged, color-coded buckles. The ergonomically padded pillow with lateral support cushions lets the child sleep relaxed. The pillow and the removable pillowcase are removable and washable.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
