Summary

The new carrying system from manduca grows from birth to toddler - Age: bridge is freely adjustable (16 - 50 cm width), flexible in height (thanks to integrated back extension and zip in XT). One size - one size fits all. Attached drawstrings to relieve the baby's back. Headrest can be used as sun protection or rolled up as neck support. No newborn insert or bridge size required. Three ways of wearing (front of the stomach, hip carrier or piggyback pack). Not intended for wearing forwards. The carrying case supports the M position. Especially comfortable for parents: soft padded, triple-adjustable shoulder straps that can be worn over cross or in a backpack style. Anatomically shaped waist belt (up to 140 cm circumference), fits big and small parents, whether XS or XXL All materials are strictly controlled for harmful substances. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
