Summary

Before using the OCTENISEPT® wound disinfection spray, wash your hands thoroughly and disinfect them. So you ensure that no pathogens that may be on your hands get into the wound. Then clean the injury and the adjacent skin area with water. If you are on the go, mineral water is also suitable for this. If there are stones or small splinters in the wound, remove them with sterile tweezers. In the event of larger stones or splinters, this should be done by a doctor. Then spray the Octtenisept® wound disinfection Spray on the injury and the surrounding skin area until these areas are completely wetted. Now let the medicinal product work for one to two minutes. For optimal wound supply, then add a thin layer of Octtenisept® gel to the skin injury. If necessary, you can then create a patch or an association.

Description

The Octenisept wound disinfection spray offers active protection against infection. The application is particularly simple and pain -free and also inspires with a quick effect. The colorless spray can also be used during from the fourth month.

Product Safety

Warning: In order to prevent possible tissue damage, make sure that the preparation is not inserted or injected under pressure. In the case of wound cavities, an outflow must be guaranteed at any time (e.g. drainage, tab). Read the package supplement and ask your doctor or pharmacist for risks and side effects.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
