Description

The Theo coffee filter jug was designed by the designer Francis Cayouette for the manufacturer Stelton. Like all items from the Danish company, this coffee pot stands for a functional and high-quality design with surprising details. The product includes a coffee pot and a coffee filter that can be perfectly placed on the pot. The funnel has only three holes, which allows the coffee to pass through particularly slowly and extends the brewing time. With this slow brew system, the aroma of the filter coffee unfolds in its entire range. After the coffee has run through, you can remove the filter, close the jug with a lid and keep the drink warm for a long time. The jug becomes a stylish carafe with which you can also serve coffee in an elegant way. The Theo coffee filter jug is made of matt black stoneware with a rough glazed surface. A heat-insulating silicone handle ensures a secure grip and prevents burns. Aesthetically unique is the composition of rough surface, black silicone and lid. The jug is 18.5 cm high, has a diameter of 11 cm at the widest point and a capacity of 0.6 litres. The Theo range also includes a sugar bowl, a tea cup, a teapot, a milk jug and a three-piece mini bowl set. For the extraordinary design, Stelton won the coveted IF Design Award in 2015.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
