    1. What is this medicine and what is it used for?
    Zinc ointment BW is a wound remedy. This ointment is used externally: to support wound healing, even with oozing or itchy wounds, as a deck ointment.
    2. What do you have to consider before using this drug?
    This drug must not be used if they are hypersensitive to zinc oxide or one of the other components of zinc ointment BW. Particular caution when using this drug is required if the symptoms described under Chapter 1 occur increasingly. In this case, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
    When using this medicine with other drugs:
    Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you have used other medicines or have recently applied, even if it is not prescription medicines. Before using other externa (externally applicable agent), zinc ointment BW must be completely removed (restricted effect of further external).

    Always apply zinc ointment BW exactly according to the instruction in this package insert. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.

    Unless otherwise prescribed, zinc ointment BW is applied to the affected skin areas once to several times a day and covered with mull. The zinc oxide contained in zinc ointment BW can settle in the laundry and is then difficult to remove. Therefore, cover the wound surface treated with the ointment with a gauze compress, a plaster or an association.
    Duration of the application:
