How is it used?

1. There is no right or wrong way to apply castor oil to the hair. Some people allow it to work overnight, while others massage it into the scalp. Which method is the best for you depends entirely on your hair type and your needs. The oil can be applied directly to hair and skin/body or diluted in a cream, shampoo or conditioner. Simply add 2-3 drops per 100 ml.

2. Add a few drops of Jamaican black castor oil to your palms and gently massage the product into your scalp or skin. It may take some time for each hair area to be covered, but the moisturising results are worth it.

3. Leave the product on your hair until the next wash day.

It is important to keep in mind that hair growth does not occur overnight, regardless of which products you use.

There is no standard for the frequency of applying castor oil, but we recommend using it once or twice a week for at least three months, because it usually takes for new hair to regrow.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
