    Get to know the five most important points when preparing tea and enjoy the tea. The key to making tea is the water temperature and tea brewing time. If tea is not properly handled, it not only tastes bad, but the ingredients and tea aroma are destroyed. Different teas have different requirements.

    1. Water is particularly important. Good mineral water is better than tap water.
    2. The amount of tea should be customized, the regular quantity is 3 grams.
    3. The water temperature is the most important thing. Different teas require different water temperatures.
    -White tea or green tea: 76-85°C (remove boiling water from the stove. For white tea, the water must cool for 30 seconds, for green tea for 60 seconds before it is used for tea infusion.
    -Oolong tea: 85-98°C
    -Black tea: 100°C (the water must boil, then it has 100°C. If the water is not hot enough, this will hinder the release of the tea aroma.
    -Pu'er tea: 100°C, should even be cooked lightly.
    4. Not only the water temperature, but also the right tea brewing time makes good tea. If the tea is exposed for too long, the tea does not taste and the ingredients of the tea are destroyed.
    -White tea or green tea: 2-3 minutes
    -Oolong tea: 4-7 minutes
    - Black tea: 3-5 minutes
    -Pu'er tea: 4-8 minutes
    5. Last but not least, tea does not succeed every time. It is best to mix it separately and drink only until it has the preferred colour and strength. Our teapot is ideal for this thanks to the infuser.
