Easy to use thanks to intuitive color touch displays.

Precision grinder: quiet in operation, grinding discs made of hardened tool steel. Individual adjustment of ground coffee quantity and grinding level per drink possible.

Professional brewer: made of high-quality polymer, long service life, easy to remove, capacity up to 15 g.

Product container: integrated, space-saving, easy to refill. Double powder dispenser for coffee specialties with milk powder/topping and delicious chocolate drinks. The extended bean container has a capacity of approx. 1,100 g of beans. The TwinTopping container on one side changes the height of the machine from 500 to 580 mm. The additionally extended bean container on the other side has the same height, which creates a visually uniform image.

7" color touch display : Simple and intuitive operation. Color scheme and button layout can be customized.
Up to 24 drinks can be set, selection by simply swiping across the touch display, for coffee specialties such as espresso, café crème, cappuccino, café au lait or latte macchiato as well as hot water dispensing.

Manual insertion for ground coffee: The practical manual insertion offers the possibility of using an additional type of ground coffee, e.g. decaffeinated coffee.

Cup table : integrated into the grounds container, height adjustable in one step, up to a base height of 100 mm. Base height with cup table pushed in up to 175 mm. Base height of hot water outlet 152.5 mm.
Drip tray removable for easy cleaning.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
