Since Christopher Columbus in 1492, the West Indian islands discovered not only the Spaniards and later the Danes, but also English and French from the exotic spices and plants. The first citrus fragrances were originally formulated in the 1870s and quickly became darling of Queen Victoria and the gentlemen and women of her farm. The "Imperial Bouquet" was created for Queen Victoria in 1876 to celebrate her crowning glory as an empress of India. West Indian Limes was later developed from the floral fouger from spicy and exotic top notes of citrus fruits and orange blossoms. West Indian Limes, a fragrance that is undoubtedly one of the English classics. A rich and piquant mix. The top note form lemon, orange and lime, heart grade form orange blossoms, lilac and rose, this rests on a bed of oak moss. West Indian Limes Bath and shower gel cleans gently and creates a deeply cleaning foam that optimally supplies your skin with moisture. A nice start to the day and a perfect addition to all products in the West Indian Limes line.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
