Summary

Convenient ways to unlock: Use a password, RFID card or smartphone app to open the electronic door lock front door. You can set up to 10 codes (including 1 administrator code) directly on the lock, and you can set up an unlimited number of temporary codes in the app. The package contains 3 smart cards, up to 20 cards can be paired with the electronic door opener.
Convenient app: After downloading the WeLock app to your mobile phone (ISO and Android supported), you can easily manage your electronic door lock from your smartphone. With temporary password, authorization management, unlock history and other features, you can set and monitor your smart lock, and after connecting the gateway (sold separately), you can even control your lock remotely.
Intelligent alarms: the door lock or app reminds you to change the battery. The keyless smart lock warns you when the battery level of the smart lock is below 20%, or you can check the battery level in the app so you can replace the battery. Battery type: 3 x AAA 1.5 V (batteries are not included in the packaging)
Easy to install: Simply replace the original mechanical cylinder with an electric Welock door lock and install without drilling and laying cables. The door lock with combination code is suitable for doors with a thickness of 50-100 mm. Diameter of the knobs: outer 46 mm / inner 38 mm; length: outside 56 mm / inner 57 mm. Length of electronic locks: adjustable outside 40 mm - 55 mm / inner 30 mm - 60 mm.
Package includes: 1 x Welock electronic door lock; 1 x accessory box; 3 x RFID card; 1 x waterproof silicone case. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
