Summary

Electronic door lock cylinder dimensions: diameter of knobs: outside 46 mm / inner 38 mm; length: outside 56 mm / inner 57 mm. Cylinder length: adjustable outside 40 mm - 55 mm / inner 30 mm - 60 mm. Suitable for all doors with thickness between 50 mm - 110 mm. Easy to replace with existing lock cylinders in your front door or apartment door without drilling.
Open the door with numerical code, with RFID card or with our app temporary password. Memory for up to 10 number codes (1 with admin function). Up to 20 cards can be paired. Apps for iOS and Android are available for free.
OLED display of battery status, settings and warnings. Electronics knob battery: 3 x AAA 1.5 V. Up to 1 year running time with 10 openings per day. Low battery reminder: If the battery is below 20%, you will be reminded to replace the battery.
Safety: Electrostatic protection up to 30,000 volts. Splashproof: IP44. Safety in case of fire, etc: can always be opened from the inside. Up to 10 million closing operations. Working temperature: -25°C to 60°C.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Your card payment is processed in UAE Dirhams. Thus, no transaction fee for foreign exchange. No markup on the exchange rate by your bank or card company.

Press Proceed to Pay at the checkout page and enter your credit card information in the next page of Telr, our Credit card payment gateway partner. Honest Forwarder never stores your credit card information.
