Description

The Ink series, handmade in Zwiesel, impresses with a colored thread in the handle and a harmonious, equally colored base plate. A complex process using traditional craft techniques creates individual, watercolor-like color gradients in the base plate, which are enhanced by vibrant shades and the harmonious interplay of both colors. The innovative, lower part of the glass sets a contrasting accent to the functional, upper bowl, which offers every drink the ideal space to develop its full enjoyment. The award-winning Ink white wine glasses are ideal for wines such as: B. Riesling, Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau, Grand Cru and Sauvignon Blanc. The Tritan crystal glass ensures that the lenses remain brilliant for a long time and the surface is protected from scratches. An epitome of German glass craftsmanship has been created with the Schott Zwiesel brand. For over 140 years, the company Zwiesel Kristallglas AG has paid particular attention to the innovative production of glass.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
