The initials of the two surnames form the brand name HKliving. The unique products from HKliving are real collector's items. And the nice thing is: you always rely on the tried and tested and thus maintain traditions. The products are classic, but always appear in a completely new, modern look. The premise of HKliving is to combine functional, usable design with the modern spirit of the times and to preserve the appreciative, original style. This narrow goal can be traced back to the history of Emiel Hetsen, who in 2002 was a professional antique seller, always looking for unique pieces. He gave the products new life by incorporating them into beautiful projects across Europe. In 2008, the demand for vintage products reached its peak and Emiel looked for alternatives in order to be able to provide larger quantities and create more scope for his customer base. So he teamed up with his old friend Sander Klaver, whom he knew from childhood and who worked in international trade. This helped him to establish several productions of several items on the world market. The HKliving brand emerged, which was hugely successful right from the start. To this day, the company has remained true to its philosophy of high-quality products that are based on the classic spirit of bygone times, such as the 70s. HKliving transforms these products into something completely new, with a modern feel and fresh, bright colors that give your home a finishing touch.
