Balancing, Hydrating & Strengthening Mask The Yuzu-C Beauty Sleeping Mask by Shiseido is a refreshing and moisturizing night mask. Enriched with vitamin-C rich Yuzu, Japanese Shikuwasa extract, a hydro-balancing complex of trehalose & glycerin, the formulation gives the skin an intense radiance overnight. It combats the three most important signs of lack of sleep, has a balancing and moisturizing effect, strengthens the moisture barrier, prevents skin problems and gives a plumped–up, vitalized skin - even if the night it should be very short. Without ingredients of animal origin or animal derivatives, the product is manufactured in accordance with the animal welfare policy of Shiseido. The Japanese ingredients Yuzu, Shikuwasa Lime, satokibi (sugar cane) and Koshihikari (rice) meet the food standards. Through cooperation with local farmers, Shiseido wants to specifically promote the regional, sustainable cultivation of Shikuwasa Lime. This cooperation also makes it possible to 100% track the entire production process of the key ingredients (Yuzu, Shikuwasa Lime, Satokibi, Koshihikari). Shiseido has succeeded in reducing the amount of fresh water consumed in the production process by using reclaimed water from apple juice distillation instead. The crucible is made of 95% recycled plastic, the cap is made of 30% rice husks. The product is also available in a practical and environmentally friendly Refill-Pack

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
