The Ostheim figures are made exclusively from high-quality, reforestable native woods. Most figures are made of maple. Some but also deliberately made of ash. The ash wood has a unique structure and colour scheme that allow for some figures such as rhinoceros or palm trees to create a unique design. Ash, maple or linde?

Most of our figures, like many other toddler toys, are made of maple. The colour of this native wood is light and usually shows very little grain, is therefore suitable for the "white" wildlife e.g. For example, sheep or polar bears ideal even without painting. On the other hand, the texture of the maple wood allows an undisturbed and beautiful painting of the products.

Ash is the powerful, weird wood with a rain drawing. It supports the unique character of many characters in design. Each figure made of ash looks very different from the rest at first glance. The strong wooden drawings already give a form of expression, as in nature. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
