Massage: You can also use the EM 59 for massage and muscle tension. A total of 64 pre-programmed applications are available in the areas of EMS/TENS/massage. Self-programming (EMS and TENS): Frequency, pulse width, On/Off time programmable. Heat pad: The heat function of the electrodes also relaxes your body and can be used individually or in parallel with a TENS program. Safe use: The medical product provides you a “Doctor's Function” with customisable programs for ideal coordination on your personal therapy program.

The electro-stimulation device can be used without any medication and side effect pain relief, as well as for muscle regeneration. In addition to these 2 functions, the EM 59 Heat also has different massage programs and a heat function. The heat can be used either individually or in parallel with an EMS/TENS programme.

The effect of electrical stimulation is usually only visible after regular repeated use. The electrical stimulation does not replace regular training on muscles, complements the effect of the same but meaningfully. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.
