Summary

Our high-quality Nilotica shea butter has more oil and less stearin content. It is therefore soft and smooth, easy to apply and penetrates easily into the skin without clogging the pores.
100% pure shea butter, without additives, vegan, pure plant-based. With the natural ingredients allantoin (anti-inflammatory, wound healing), vitamin E (antioxidant), beta carotene (UV protection), omega 3 fatty acids (skin regenerating), linoleic acid (anti-inflammatory).
Cold-pressed and unrefined with a light, pleasant mild-nutty smell.
Our Nilotica shea butt tar is suitable for external skin care, as a lip balm or as sun protection. It soothes the skin in irritated areas and can also be used for the care of hair.
Shea trees of the subspecies Nilotica grow only in Uganda and South Sudan. For Yimuka, the shea fruits and nuts are hand-picked in Uganda. We pay fair wages to the pickers and processors and support social projects.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
