Audo Strandgade The Strandgade drinking glasses are part of a collection designed by designers Mentze Ottenstein for Audo and named after the historic street they live on. The name is also a reference to the painter Vilhelm Hammershøi, who also lived there and often immortalized beautiful glasses in his pictures. The clear, hand-blown glass sits comfortably in the hand and, thanks to its understated aesthetics with a touch of nostalgia, fits effortlessly into any ambience. Mentze Ottenstein Mentze Ottenstein is a collaboration between the Danish architects and designers Mathias Mentze and Alexander Ottenstein. As an architect and design lecturer at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Mathias Mentze works in his design studio to incorporate design with history, craft and feel into projects large and small. The architect Alexander Ottenstein works with Mentze, who in turn has collaborated with top-class Danish studios, but prefers to work on smaller projects. Audo Copenhagen Audo Copenhagen is the brand name in which The AUDO, MENU and by Lassen merge and form a new entity with strong roots in the Nordic design tradition. The new name reflects both a century of Danish design tradition and a modern, global perspective that is continually expanded and developed. Audo Copenhagen, with its well-established portfolio of designers and a mix of contemporary, traditional and in-house designs, stands for soft minimalism that combines the essentials to create a strong aesthetic. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
