Description

Our hair is 100% Indian virgin (raw hair) Remy real hair. The shed layer of the hair is intact and all hair is pointing down with the scale layer. As a result, the hair does not matt and knot and remains silky smooth and soft for a long time. The raw hairs are completely natural, chemically untreated and unfavorable. As a result, there are often also isolated gray hair in the raw hair.
The real hair is sewn with the Weaving method, glued in or used with the help of microrings. You can also use the tress to create your own custom -made clip in extensions. The brawls can be worn for up to 12 months with good care.
The hair extension with craving is also well suited for fine and thin own hair.
Application and care:
Use a deep cleaning shampoo before using the extensions for washing the hair. Shampoon the hair twice and flush out the residues thoroughly.
To maintain the hair extension, we recommend the proven complete care series of the Hair2Heart brand. However, do not apply the oil and the cure directly to the connecting sites and avoid alcoholic products.

You can use the curling iron and smoothing iron for our extensions, but pay attention to the temperature, it should not be higher than 190 degrees, otherwise it claims the hair too much.
coloring: We advise against coloring or tones of the extensions because this can damage the extensions.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
