Clarifying & cooling care formula for healthy scalp With the Scalp Scaling Spa Hair Ampoule, LADOR presents a valuable formula formulated with extracts of green tea, tea tree and snail slime. The formula gently frees the scalp from dead skin cells and has a clarifying effect. Enriched with vitamin E, aloe vera and other nourishing ingredients, the texture of the scalp gives a lot of moisture and relieves itching. Excess sebum is removed and the sebum production of the scalp is reduced - so unpleasant odors are eliminated and the scalp is cleaned deep into the pores. Thanks to the optimized blood circulation of the scalp, the hair roots are strengthened at the same time – for healthy hair growth. Due to the contained menthol, the formula leaves a fresh feeling. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
