Description

The traditional mix of the long coffee roasting consists of 100% Arabica beans. It is all around a balanced mix that represents a special filter coffee with fine notes of grated lemon. Tastes of brown sugar and nutty hints are also lined up in the cup. The noble compilation of fine highlands Arabicas from Central and East Africa make this selection a coffee experience.
Of course, the traditional mix of coffee long is also wonderfully suitable for the hand filter method. Test your desired degree of grinding with an electric mill or tried and tested with a hand mill. Place the paper filter in the filter insert. First pour some water through the filter without coffee powder, then add the powder into it and gradually add the hot water to the filter edge. Sometimes enjoyment takes time. The wonderful result can already be guessed at by the coffee scent. Enjoy your coffee with the hand filter method.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Your card payment is processed in UAE Dirhams. Thus, no transaction fee for foreign exchange. No markup on the exchange rate by your bank or card company.
