The thermo boxes gastro star unite the usual high quality of thermo Hauser with a new look and improved Features.

The insulation boxes made of foamed plastic (EPP) score with a structure etching of the outer surface, which not only looks good, but also serves the stability. The inner surface is lasered and therefore waterproof, i.e. leaking liquids have no chance of settling in the material and leaving unpleasant odours or dirt behind. A more hygiene, which always pays off in everyday gastro.

When it comes to cleaning the black thermal boxes, the Gastrostar boxes are easy to handle – whether wiping with hot water or cleaning in the dishwasher, both options are possible. Boxes of the same basic dimensions can be stored stacked. The engaging recesses on the sides, and diagonally across the corner, significantly facilitate the Loading and Unloading of Gastronorm containers. The lid is opened and closed via the diagonal corners. The carrying handles have also been significantly optimized and made even more ergonomic. Since the topic of labelling plays an increasingly important role, these EPP thermoboxes offer both an area for adhesive labels and a compartment for plug-in cards. A set of coloured plug-in cards is included in each box.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
