The Power of Peptides Set contains three of the multi-peptide formulas by The Ordinary, which through the use of powerful peptide technologies act on several problem areas of face and eyes. The multi-peptide + ha serum is a universal serum that improves the smoothness of the skin and combats several signs of skin aging at once, including the improvement of the elasticity and tightness of the skin. It contains four well-studied peptide technologies, including Matrixyl ™ Synthe’6 ™, Matrixyl ™ 3000, Syn ™-AK and Argirelox ™ as well as skin-friendly Peptide acids and several hyaluronic acid complexes. The multi-peptide eye serum is a water-based peptide eye serum that was developed to combat the occurrence of frequent signs of skin aging in the area of the eyes. It helps to reduce the appearance of crow's feet and wrinkles under the eyes and at the same time reduce striking tear bags, swelling and dark circles. It combines several technologies, including Palmitoyl-Tripeptide-38 and a complex of niacinamide and ash bark extract. The Multi-Peptide Lash and Brow Serum is a light, non-fatty formula that was developed for thicker, fuller and healthier-looking eyelashes and brows. This serum, which is used twice a day, nourishes and protects the eyelashes and eyebrows and at the same time improves the density and general appearance in just four weeks. It contains 11 active ingredients, including four peptide complexes and various natural extracts.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
