The Clear Set offers Salicylic ACID 2% Solution, targeted care for skin that is prone to impurities. The glucoside foaming cleaner is a gel -like foam cleaner that effectively removes dirt and environmental impurities. The glucoside foaming Cleanser even protects the most sensitive skin - including those of babies. Over time, it also improves the appearance of the skin, its purity, texture, radiance and smoothness. The Salicylic ACID 2% Solution is a water -based serum with an optimal concentration of salicylic acid, which removes irregularities in the skin structure and at the same time removed dead skin cells that can lead to the constipation of the pores. The serum is suitable for adolescents and adults with skin that is for impurities. It promotes skin renewal, reduces clogged pores and makes the skin look more radiant and clearer. After all, the Natural Moisturizing Factors + Beta Glucan is a light gel moisture cream, which after only one application provides moisture all day. It is formulated with natural moisture factors, beta-glucan and ceramides and strengthens the skin barrier.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
