With the OptiGrill+ GC712D34 from Tefal, intelligent technology ensures delicious cooking results. With the "Automatic Sensor Cooking" technology, cooking time and temperature are automatically regulated based on 6 cooking programs (burgers, steaks, sandwiches, sausages, fish, poultry) depending on the thickness and amount of the food. In addition, there is a mode for defrosting frozen goods. Direct monitoring is possible via the light indicator: purple for preheating, blue, then green to the start of cooking, yellow when the food is fried blood, orange for medium and red for frying. All you have to do is lift the lid and remove the meat when it is done. The rest can continue to cook. With the additional manual mode with 4 adjustable temperatures, you can prepare a wide range of foods, including fruits and vegetables, just as it suits your own taste.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.
