Description

Hot air fryer, capacity: 4.2 litres. Deep frying capacity: 1.2 kg. Design: freestanding Product color: black, stainless steel Control:Rotary Knob Power: 1500 W. Cleaning: clean the device after each use. The bowl and the grid are coated with a non-stick coating. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean as they can damage the non-stick coating. 1. Unplug the power plug from the wall socket and let the device cool. Note: remove the bowl so that the Easy Fry can cool down faster. 2. Wipe the outside of the device with a damp cloth. 3. Wash the bowl and grid with hot water, a little detergent and a non-abrasive sponge. You can use a degreasing liquid to remove any remaining dirt. Note: the bowl and the rack are dishwasher safe. Tip: if dirt sticks to the bottom of the bowl and grid, fill the bowl with hot water and a little dish detergent. Leave the bowl and grid to soak for about 10 minutes. Then rinse both parts and dry. 4. Wipe the inside of the device with a cloth moistened in hot water. 5. Clean the heating element with a dry cleaning brush to remove food residue. 6. Do not immerse the device in water or other liquid. Storage: 1. Pull the plug of the device and let the device cool. 2. Make sure that all elements are clean and dry.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
