Summary

Use: our Babysweet Arosa footmuff is a real all-rounder. The 2-way zip offers the possibility to completely separate the front and back. This allows both parts to be used separately as a changing mat or pushchair insert. The footmuff is suitable for children from approx. 6 months who can sit in the buggy (and no longer lie in the carrycot anymore).
Features: Our 100% genuine lambskin footmuff is compatible with the standard pushchair/buggy manufacturers and offers easy and safe handling thanks to belt slots (for 3 and 5 point harness). The fur is sheared to 30 mm and therefore has an ideal height for the sitting and lying comfort of your baby. The waterproof and breathable outer shell is equipped with reflective strips for safety.
Colours and dimensions: the foot muff is 91 cm long, 35 cm wide, 15 cm high (length front: 50 cm) and weighs approx. 1800g This is available in beige, grey, blue, light blue, black, red, brown and in a mottled blue, brown and grey.
Brand quality: our lambskin foot muff is handmade with love and care. A completely independent supply chain, from the raw material to the finished product, has always been a guarantee of the well-known "Werner Christ standard". All our lambskins are produced exclusively using renewable energy, with special attention to sustainability, in our in-house tannery.
Care: Our foot muff is machine washable with a lambskin detergent (we recommend the in-house C7) and can be tumble dried. Please refer to the enclosed washing instructions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Your card payment is processed in UAE Dirhams. Thus, no transaction fee for foreign exchange. No markup on the exchange rate by your bank or card company.
